Refund policy

We want you to love your furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it under the terms below.

1. 30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return conditions

  • The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
  • Please return it in its original packaging where possible, with all parts and hardware.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

3. Items that cannot be returned

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse or normal wear and tear.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email contact@craftedriad.store or call +1 (917) 728-1671 within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item and the reason for the return.
  2. We reply with a return authorization and the return address and instructions. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions we provide.

5. Return shipping costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
  • If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the box and the shipping label. Once confirmed, we send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Refunds

  • We inspect returned items within 2 to 4 business days of receiving them and email you once your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

8. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

9. Order cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, it can be returned under this policy.
