Shipping policy

All CraftedRiad orders ship from warehouses in the United States. Here is what to expect after you order.

1. Free shipping

  • Shipping is free on every order delivered to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
  • There is no minimum order value and no extra fee at checkout.

2. Where we ship

  • We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C.
  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the United States.
  • Furniture needs a physical street address. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

3. Processing time

  • In-stock orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
  • You receive an order confirmation email right after you place your order.

4. Delivery time

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Orders are delivered by UPS or FedEx to your door.
  • Delivery times are estimates from our carriers. Severe weather, peak seasons or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

5. Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. You can also track it on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

  • Please inspect your furniture as soon as it arrives.
  • If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@craftedriad.store or +1 (917) 728-1671 with your order number and photos of the item, the box and the shipping label.
  • Once confirmed, we send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

7. Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
